I'm Midha, a London-based software engineer who enjoys problems that go beyond writing code.
Over the past five years I've grown from building frontend interfaces to leading engineering teams and owning architecture, delivery, infrastructure and production reliability.
My work spans healthcare platforms, AI-powered automation and data-heavy applications. I've led teams of up to 10 engineers, made slow products fast, and worked on systems where security and reliability matter. I particularly enjoy untangling complicated workflows and finding out why systems fail.
Outside engineering you'll find me at a London tech meetup, tutoring GCSE students, baking, exploring somewhere new, or in the gym, where showing up consistently is how I lost over 30 kg.
