- NXTSTIM: Collaborating with Nxtstim and leading a team of 5 developers to create frontend, integrate already built backend apis but including hipaa compliance to the project.
- Network & Chill: (React Native Application) Developed and implemented new features for the Network & Chill application, utilizing React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Integrated Stripe, Auth0, heap.io and HubSpot CMS within the application.
- SDSA: Managed a team of 10 people and developed an analytics platform using React, focusing on data visualization and interactive charts. Utilized D3.js and Recharts for custom charting. Used svg2pdf.js and react-to-print to export charts as high-quality PDFs. Enabled multilingual support with i18next.
- NASAQ: Implemented a comprehensive optimization strategy that significantly boosted Lighthouse performance metrics from 37% to 87%, enhancing overall product stability. Additionally, I trained developers previously involved in the project on best practices to ensure maximum performance from the start.
- KEYELITE: Managed and led a team of three developers in developing and maintaining the frontend of the website, and created its webapp using ReactNative for both ios and android, ensuring high performance and adherence to best practices.
- ALEF (AI English-Arabic Translation Hub): Resolved conflicts and facilitated effective collaboration among cross-functional teams, ensuring timely project delivery. Collaborated closely with security engineers to address and implement security measures. Worked closely with UI/UX designers to enhance user flows and done frontend and integration.
- SHAED: Implemented a comprehensive performance optimization strategy that resulted in a remarkable 40% increase in the responsiveness and speed of our 3D website enhancing the overall product stability.
- Dockerized multiple services and led the transformation of multiple codebases into a unified, scalable, and highly customizable architecture by implementing Kubernetes ConfigMaps (using Helm charts) for personalized theming, configurations, and options, reducing the need for duplicative codebases.
- Streamlined code review process by introducing SonarQube and implementing CI/CD pipelines using CodePipeline (AWS), automated PR deployments using GitHub workflows result in faster releases and improved code quality.
- Customized and extended Strapi CMS to meet specific project requirements, leveraging the Strapi bootstrap function to initiate default CMS settings through Kubernetes Configmaps, ensuring flexibility and scalability.
- Designed serverless cloud functions integrating 3rd party APIs like Twilio and Sendgrid.
